What's the 14 Days Workshop about?

Goal Settings

You'll be given directions & shown the big picture on how your overall journey to recovery will look like as you start to build more awareness in your pain patterns.

NS Regulation

You will learn the concept of achieving baseline safety within your system, which will in term help you reduce your pain.

GEMS Concept

You'll be briefly introduced the concept which can reduce your risk of re-injury via minimal but highly effective movement regime
